I checked the public price lists of 11 Polish companies that edit or shoot reels for businesses, from solo editors to agencies and studios in Warsaw, Kraków, Białystok and Słupsk, plus two job posts where buyers stated their own budgets. All prices were checked on 25 October 2026 on the companies' own websites; the full dataset with source links is available as a CSV file.
Disclosure: SpotMade also edits reels, so I am an interested party. Our prices are excluded from every statistic and chart and listed separately at the end.

Findings
1. The same "reel" costs 100 to 1,000 PLN. Scope, not editing itself, drives the price: captions, effects, colour, versions and the amount of raw footage.
2. Filming makes a reel about 2.5× more expensive. A single filmed and edited reel starts at 447 PLN net; the median is 475 PLN versus 180 PLN for editing only.
3. Packages cut the per-reel price by 16–41%. One provider drops from 447 PLN for a single reel to 264 PLN in a 12-reel package. Some packages require a 3-month minimum.
4. Buyers want to pay half the cheapest list price. A Useme post offered 100–120 PLN per reel and about 56 PLN per reel at 25 reels a month.
5. 4 of 11 price lists don't state whether prices include VAT (23% in Poland).
Methodology
Public price lists of 11 companies offering reel editing or filming in Poland and 2 buyer job posts on Useme, checked on 25.10.2026. Gross prices divided by 1.23; prices without VAT information taken as stated. Not a representative sample: many companies quote individually and don't publish prices.
